Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the All India Human Rights Organisations (AIHRO) Matigara-Siliguri website and the donation process. By contributing, you agree to these terms.
Donation Purpose
All donations and contributions received through this portal will be utilized strictly for the charitable activities of AIHRO as per its registered objectives, including healthcare initiatives, free medical camps, and social welfare programs.
Tax Benefits:
AIHRO is registered under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Donors are eligible for tax deductions as per applicable Indian law.
A valid PAN number must be provided by the donor to receive the 80G certificate (Form 10BE).

For donations above ₹2,000, tax benefits are only available if the payment is made through non-cash (digital) modes.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information (Name, PAN, Address) at the time of donation. AIHRO is not responsible for any rejection of tax benefits due to incorrect details provided by the donor.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation
As donations are voluntary contributions for charitable causes, they are irrevocable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Refunds
AIHRO does not offer refunds for donations.
In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., a double deduction from your bank account), please contact us at allindiahumanorg@gmail.com within 7 days with the transaction ID. We will coordinate with our payment gateway partner to resolve the issue.

Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment source within 10–15 working days.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
